Culinary Traditions” excursions, which have been carefully planned to include a private visit to an historic Sicilian pastry kitchen with a special holiday pastry demonstration and samplings; a hands-on opportunity to make traditional Croatian peka followed by a family-hosted lunch featuring grappa from their vineyard; and learning the art of making pizza from an authentic "pizzeria" cooking school chef in, where else--Naples, home of the original pizza!
