Check out the December 2011 Bon Appetit cover.....Candy-Striped Peppermint Meringues. Whimsical, easy, fat-free - and pink! I couldn't resist and I headed to the kitchen to "bake the cover". Here is my photographic rendition. I will link the recipe as soon as it's up on the magazine website.
